Almet Netherlands is part of Almet Benelux, a producer of aluminum constructions. With offices in Brussels (Belgium) and Etten-Leur (The Netherlands) Almet is a major player in the metal market. The location in Etten-Leur supplies various aluminum products to the Dutch market. In addition, this production location offers the possibility for custom-made solutions in large and small volumes.
Primadak Roosendaal, a roofing company, directly involved our partner AllRisk at the start of the new office construction for Almet in 2017.
AllRisk made a combination of one and two-star fall protection systems for safe roof maintenance. In order to keep the roof optimally accessible for any future expansions a solution with approximately 26 separate XSGlobe anchor points was chosen, mounted at 4 meters from the roof edge. The anchor points mark the safe zone of the roof. This zone is freely accessible without the use of PPE for fall protection.
In addition to the individual anchor points, AllRisk also supplied a mobile lifeline. The temporary lifeline can be placed between two anchor points to increase freedom of movement for the user.
