CUSTOM MADE FALL PROTECTION SYSTEMS

In-house engineering: Expertise that sets us apart from the competition

Our custom fall protection systems refer to safety solutions designed specifically for unique work-at-height environments where standard fall protection systems are not sufficient. These tailored systems are engineered to address site-specific challenges, such as historical structures, complex architectural designs, or industrial facilities with non-standard layouts.

Designed by our in-house engineering department

At XSPlatforms, our in-house engineering department is the driving force behind our custom fall protection solutions. With years of experience and a deep understanding of safety requirements, our engineers design innovative, tailor-made systems that address even the most complex work-at-height challenges.

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Every project presents unique risks and structural constraints, which is why our engineering team works closely with clients to develop solutions that integrate seamlessly into their environment while ensuring the highest levels of safety.

ADVANTAGES OF INHOUSE ENGINEERING

Our custom engineers and trusted partners play a crucial role in adapting and implementing XSPlatforms’ designs to meet the specific needs of each project. Their expertise ensures that even the most challenging structures—such as historical buildings, industrial facilities, and modern architectural designs—receive a fall protection solution which will be tailored to their unique requirements and requests.

Fall protection on world's largest cruise ship

Fall protection lifelines for the Harmony of the Seas

Real-World Success stories

From the striking Lusail Yacht Club in Qatar to the world’s largest cruise ship, Harmony of the Seas, and the historic Palacio del Marqués de Malpica in Spain, XSPlatforms has delivered tailored fall protection solutions for some of the most challenging structures worldwide.

The Lusail Yacht Club required custom base plates and specially designed supports to accommodate its curved metallic cladding. Harmony of the Seas needed nearly a kilometer of lifelines, installed with 273 custom brackets to withstand maritime conditions and had an epoxy treatment. In Spain, a discreet lifeline system was integrated beneath the roof tiles of a Renaissance landmark to ensure safety without compromising its historic appearance. Each of these projects showcases our ability to engineer innovative, site-specific fall protection systems that meet the highest safety standards.
