The operation and use of heavy equipment requires a high level of service and maintenance to this type of machinery. In a sector where Health & Safety is of very high importance, it is desirable that maintenance (at height) is performed as safe as possible.
Therefore one of our Partners, SkySafe valbeveiliging, was approached by one of Holland’s biggest off-shore manufactures to fully equip their factory with various fall protection systems. Next to the horizontal lifeline systems that were installed to gain safe access to the walking surfaces near the roof of this large building, various lifelines were also installed on top of the large overhead cranes which are used daily inside this factory. This way, maintenance workers are provided with a solution that enables them to safely perform maintenance work to the machinery.
