Cladding Partners is a large player on the Dutch market for roof and facade construction and maintenance. Cladding Safety & Maintenance, part of Cladding Partners B.V., is also an installation partner of our Dutch certified XSPlatforms Partner, AllRisk valbeveiliging.
In 2015 the main office in Oosterhout was thoroughly renovated and an extra story with a sloping roof construction was added to the building in order to create more office spaces.
AllRisk assisted in setting up the necessary fall protection needed for roof maintenance and cleaning out the gutters. This resulted in the installation of a lifeline system (approx. 16 meters / 15 feet) which follows the contours of the roof edge. Additionally several XSGlobe anchor points have been applied for fall restraint purposes and as anti-pendulum anchor points.
The horizontal lifeline system is mounted on XSImpact supports which include energy absorbers. These help reduce the impact forces exerted to the roof construction in case of a fall. Additionally, this system contains two XSDynamic energy absorbers, resulting in the possibility to use this system with 3 users simultaneously.
