Solution: lifeline with anti-pendulum anchors (★★★)

In cooperation with our Dutch Partner AllRisk valbeveiliging, we have created and installed a work at height solution for an apartment complex in Raamsdonk. Both roofs (2 units) of this complex need to be safely accessible for various types of maintenance.

During roof renovation AllRisk was asked to set up the missing fall protection. A horizontal lifeline system was installed in the middle of the roof surface on both roofs. These lifelines, 9 (29,5 ft) and 33 meters (108 ft) in length, are equipped with integrated XSDynamic energy absorbers. At the corners of both roofs anti-pendulum anchor points were installed, so that workers can reach the corners without the risk of the pendulum effect in the event of a fall.
