Horizontal lifeline system for wall

Partner: LANG BVBA

Country: Belgium

Solution: Horizontal lifeline systems for wall and roof (★★★)

Our Belgian Partner LANG BVBA was asked to provide fall protection measures for safe inspection and maintenance to the roof of the Flanders Opera in Antwerp. The building stems from 1907, but was completely renovated and reopened in 2007.

To ensure safety at height 11 different lifeline systems were installed on various wall and roof surfaces. Several anchor points of the lifeline systems were equipped with special RAP anchorage points for abseiling or work on surfaces with a slope of more than 15°.
