More and more municipalities in the Netherlands are committed to a sustainable working environment. This is also the case for the municipality of Eindhoven, who installed around 207 solar panels on the roof of their location at the Nachtegaallaan in Eindhoven.
To ensure the safety of the maintenance workers of these PV-panels, the assistance of AllRisk was called in. The customer wanted a freely accessible roof with maximum access to all solar panels.
AllRisk installed 98 meters of XSParapet Fixed guardrail – divided over approx. 42 uprights. This solution creates a safe zone where maintenance workers can walk and work without the use of personal fall protection equipment (PPE).
