The Marine Nationale (the French Navy) is the maritime arm of the French military. On the deck of one of their frigates, XSPlatforms and Partner IPSécurité provided a custom-made XSLinked lifeline system. The components of the solution were specially treated and even manufactured to deal with maritime conditions such as sea salt, sea water, and other impacts from the sea. The system was further equipped with extra functionalities to deal with other maritime requirements. All parts were certified in accordance with the related EN standard, assuring the marines that they can always work safely on the deck of the frigate.
