RISK ASSESSMENT AND ROOF SAFETY FOR HOTEL CHAIN

Partner: AllRisk valbeveiliging

Country: The Netherlands

Solution: horizontal lifeline system (★★★) with additional XSGlobe anchor point (★★)

The family business Van der Valk is an international hospitality chain. With around 68 branches in the Netherlands, it is one of the largest hotel and restaurant chains of the country. After expanding the existing hotel in Vianen, AllRisk was asked to perform a risk assessment regarding the rooftop safety for the new site.

This assessment resulted in the installation of 92 meters (302 ft) of horizontal lifeline divided over 13 supports. In addition, an extra XSGlobe anchor was installed for work positioning on a separate roof surface.
