Solution: Single anchor points with anti-pendulum anchors (★★)
For the merging of multiple offices – within the same company – a brand new state of the art production hall and office building are being build. One central location for 18.000 m2 (193750 ft2) of production hall and 2.500 m2 (26909 ft2) of office space.
A 2-stars single anchor point solution consisting of 55 separate XSGlobe anchor points (divided over four different roofs) will provide safe roof access to maintenance personnel. For all roofs the anchor points are installed 4 meters (13 feet) from the edge of the roof, the so called safe zone. On the corners of the roof surfaces separate anti-pendulum anchor points to prevent a potential swing-fall.
